SmartRock™ is the world’s #1 wireless sensor for monitoring the curing and hardening of concrete. Unlike time-consuming and error-prone break tests, or cumbersome wired sensors, Giatec’s patented SmartRock sensor is fully embedded and secured on the rebar, making it completely maintenance and hassle-free. Temperature data is collected, and the strength of your in-place concrete is calculated automatically based on the maturity method, a highly accurate ASTM-approved strength test.

SmartRock has been equipped with dual-temperature monitoring capabilities. This enables users to measure temperature values at two locations simultaneously allowing users to easily monitor temperature differentials between the concrete’s core and surface.

These results are accessible in real-time and remotely through the SmartRock mobile app, which can collect data from up to 40 feet away, and on the Giatec 360 desktop dashboard. SmartRock’s AI assistant, Roxi™, sends smart notifications and alerts to help project managers make informed decisions and optimize their construction schedules. Together with the SmartHub™ remote monitoring device, SmartRock has enabled faster, safer, and more economical concrete construction in over 6,200 projects across 45 countries.

Easy to use and fantastic product but limited capabilities such as being unable to combine graphs, run differential analysis, or trim the graph data ranges.
