Setting up the Meem account was easy, but transferring funds is a nightmare. I deposited 15,000 riyal to transfer internationally, but my attempt was denied. After 24 hours, it still won't work. The app blocks screenshots, and customer service opened a ticket saying it could take 2–3 days to resolve. Meanwhile, my money is stuck. Beware of Meem.

When it's time to buy something online. You need to log in to your meem app to approve the transaction and then you will receive the OTP. But most times you don't even receive the OTP and the purchase fail. Extra unnecessary safety steps that makes the customer experience unbearable.

very bad experience in couldn't add the card to wallet every time I try mention bank not support even add money from account to my other bank is not processing mention that I need to confirm the process from application while nothing appear on application about the process . and limit of daily transfer is 500 SR amount not even enough to take dinner. I can't believe or expect that bad service
