Setting up the Meem account was easy, but transferring funds is a nightmare. I deposited 15,000 riyal to transfer internationally, but my attempt was denied. After 24 hours, it still won't work. The app blocks screenshots, and customer service opened a ticket saying it could take 2–3 days to resolve. Meanwhile, my money is stuck. Beware of Meem.

I’m compelled to write this because of my terrible experience. I’d give zero stars if I could. The app is unreliable and constantly hangs on the login page. Furthermore, their policy of limiting new accounts to a 500 SAR daily cap (for all transactions) is ridiculous and restrictive. To top it off, they failed to honor the cashback deal for salary transfers. Dealing with Meem has been a nightmare.

while application is fine and I like multi-currency debit card but they limit my daily transactions despite opening couple of tickets but still daily limit remain same practically account can't be used for day to day purpose. Can't access my own money :(
