I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

I was having issues getting Giffgaff to work, for a week. It took someone at a phone store to change settings in my phone to allow this to work properly. I followed all the suggestions, entered all the settings/instructions, still nothing. This lady had it working in a matter of minutes. I'm not exactly sure what she did, but there are settings that may block the sim from working. So be aware of that....

Love Giffgaff but hate the logging in process, I have the app just let me log in with fingerprint! Instead you take me to a browser and have to send a code every time then you ask me for my fingerprint! Also not being able to buy a bundle without data is a bit annoying because if something happens with my bank and my bundle doesn't get added I'm then left without data until I get somewhere with WiFi to add it, other networks allow you to buy without so I know it's possible
