Where did the prizes go? I've played this game for many years, but recently there aren't many prizes to pick from. Makes me not want to play because there aren't many options. Also, everybody needs to learn how to read. You win with keys = you pay shipping. You win with coins + clawee clubber membership = free shipping. Otherwise, you pay shipping. Sometimes, the prizes never show, and you have to contact support. The prizes will show but I don't like having to work extra for it.

Extremely deceptive tactics. Here's how it goes....you win prizes using keys, you put your prizes in the basket and you're about to checkout, you see the shipping costs, on top of the screen is an ad for the subscription to get free shipping, you buy the subscription, you find out "free shipping doesn't apply to prizes won with keys". I don't care what you have to say in response, it's obvious with all the reviews that you're deceiving a lot of people with this set up.

I really liked this game. But something new is the Clawee Clubber, which is a monthly fee to join. So I joined for the freebies and SUPPOSEDLY free shipping! So I won a few items, some with coins, some with keys, yet I STILL had to pay shipping! I had to pay over $50 to have my winnings shipped to me. So overall, its just not worth having your items shipped. Again, I have sent SEVERAL emails to everyone trying to see why my monthly membership doesn't cover shipping ESPECIALLY since it states it!
