GincoMEP is the official mobile platform for GINCO Electromechanical Contracting, purpose-built for MEP contractors managing large site teams, complex projects, and daily operations across multiple zones and packages.
WORKFORCE & ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT Record morning attendance for your full labor crew directly from the site. Foremen register their workers by 4-digit card number with a single tap — Present, Absent, Or Contract. They can also manage attendance by bus arrival, tracking workers from multiple foremen arriving on the same transport. Site Engineers supervise their discipline teams (Electrical or Mechanical) while managing their own labor crew.
OVERTIME REGISTRATION Foremen submit structured overtime requests for each worker, specifying the exact work performed, project zone, location (block, level, area), and hours. Overtime flows through a digital approval chain — from Foreman to Site Engineer, Project Engineer to Project Manager— replacing paper-based OT sheets entirely.
DAILY ACTIVITY PLAN Foremen create daily activity plans linked to the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), assigning workers to specific activities at specific villa or zone locations. Site Engineer review, edit, and submit the consolidated plan for their discipline. The approved plan automatically feeds the Daily Progress Report (DPR) for client submission.
PROJECT & TASK MANAGEMENT View your assigned projects, track task progress, and update work order status from the field. Work orders are linked to the WBS, with labor assignments and material consumption recorded in real time — enabling accurate actual cost calculation per work order.
HR SELF-SERVICES Submit leave requests, check remaining vacation balance, and manage expense claims — all without visiting the HR office. Notifications keep you updated on approval status instantly.
TEAM COMMUNICATION Stay connected with your project team through structured team communication channels. Coordinate with your foreman group, receive work order assignments, and get instant notifications on approvals and escalations.
DASHBOARDS & REPORTS Role-based dashboards give every user — from Labor to Project Manager — the information they need at a glance. Site Managers see real-time manpower counts, attendance completion rates, and overtime summaries across all foremen and disciplines.
