The app is terrible. Creating large blocks of bookings is a nightmare. If you try to reserve a block where they are closed for holiday, it doesn't give you the option to just exclude those days. It just says "can't do it, byeee". So you have to book your six months in pieces. In addition, the mobile app does not let you scroll to see all the text on the warnings it gives if there's a problem with your booking dates. Just terrible. It's been like this for years. Developers don't care.

VERY clunky interface for mobile use. It took me an hour to enroll and schedule my pets and it should have taken no more than 10 minutes if the software was more intuitive. But, I had to use it if I wanted to have mobile access to my pets boarding. The worst thing about it is I was unable to figure out how to download it and use on my desktop. I was, however able to login on the website and complete the reservation. So all was not lost.

Horrid app. Setting up an account is ridiculously more challenging than it should be. Entering information in fields is not user friendly, and just a mess. When logging in, there is no way to see the password you're typing. It also appears that it allows attempt after attempt for logins, without doing a lockout. I'm guessing the security behind this is terrible. Experience is no better on iOS.
