Easy setup,app is excellent. Wish they put a better lens in the camera to zoom in on license plate if there is a security issue. The app take a picture which you have to pay for and then it records a video but the car is gone by that time it was taking a picture. They need to allow you to not take a picture and allow the video to start first in the app so the car or person won't be gone from view. they need the video recording time more than 1 minute. app is slowly not refreshing itself.

I've only been using the camera for a couple of days, but so far I am impressed. 2 changes I would make on the app. The sensitivity needs adjusted. I shouldn't get notified for the smallest of snowflakes when the camera is set to detect other objects on medium. If I turn it to low, it picks nothing at all up on the camera. Also I prefer the grid view when viewing my alerts, but I have to switch it to grid view each time. There is no way to have that as the default setting.

I have had a pretty good experience with this. I discovered that my camera recorded audio. I didn't want it to record audio. I said something to the team about it and they I had it to where recording audio was disabled. My only complaint is that I cannot access this app on my computer. it would make it significantly easier for me to edit any of the videos or download and save parts that I need and rename them accordingly.
