The camera itself is well worth the price, this review is solely on the app/software. During the lightest of snow flurries or even if something as small as a fly goes in front of the camera, my camera notifications go crazy. The sensitivity on the camera is way too high. The detection zone also does not work. I have my detection zone set just to notify me of movement on my porch and sidewalk area, yet I am getting alerts for lightning it seems in the sky for a storm that is 100 miles away.

Cameras have to constantly be reset and. They stopped connecting after a power outage and I reset the cameras. They were working but not saving recording to the cloud service that I was paying for. I contacted them including the app version, my phone version, and many other things I tried to do to get it to work. The response I received told me they did not read my entire email because they were trying to tell me to do things I clearly said I had done. I emailed again and have had no response.

No longer get notifications, it seems the developers of this app have completely abandoned it. I also have to constantly close and reopen the app to replay videos or use the playback feature because it gets stuck on loading every single time. It captures people really late they sometimes have to be in the center of the camera angle in order to recognize it's a person. Was worth it when I first bought it but now it's only gotten worse. Currently searching for a better long term replacement.
