1. Please in the next app update, add a notification feature every time a new chat arrives, because often we don't know when there is a new chat. 2. This application may be okay for "penyewa", but not okay for "pemilik". because there are more scammers pretending to be "penyewa", so tired of replying them. Sometimes I feel it's pointless to pay for goldplus members, because there are more scammers chatting than real tenants. I hope none of the "pemilik" are fooled by these scammers.

Faced an issue, and the customer care does not fulfill his own word, yeah that's a 1 out of 100.

It's better you use the older style, where we can contact the person straightaway because you allow us to save the phone number. With the new version we can't contact the person that wants to rent the apartments. The person who wants to rent the apartments often said they can't trace back the one that they already chosen. So it'll be much better if you allow us to save their phone number. Thx
