Suddenly stopped working. App states "bug". connects to wifi, then suddenly returns to icon with no access to photos or video. Update........ Now working once issue was identified and resolved. A bad SD card. Software identified the issue as a "Bug" within the software. Would have been nice if the software identified the issue correctly. All is well andcworking fine now.

The camera I got works fine, but the app is terrible. It works, eventually, but getting it to work is so convoluted and unintuitive. To start, for some reason, I can't even try to connect to the camera without turning location on. That's stupid. And then I have to have Bluetooth AND wifi on to connect. The latter doesn't make any sense, I should be able to connect with just Bluetooth without having to re-connect every time. Also can't turn night vision on in live veiw.

I've tried multiple times, with more than one device, but the app just won't connect to the camera. All the signs look good, with the word 'connected' appearing on camera and app - but the extra words 'without internet' put the kibosh on everything. I even sent a captioned video to the company showing all my steps and their result, but their response was essentially 'try again'. They did suggest resetting the camera first, but I have yet to discover how, and would it make any difference anyway?
