About this app

BYSC Management is the official club management application of Baidyapara Young Star Club. It provides authorized members and club officials with a secure and convenient way to manage memberships, monthly fees, collections, receipts, donations, notices and club accounts.

The app uses role-based access so that every user can access only the features permitted for their assigned role.

Members can sign in using their registered mobile number and password.

• Member Dashboard
View membership details, role, monthly fee status, total contributions and important club information.

• Monthly Fee and Due Tracking
Members can view pending monthly dues, total outstanding amounts and previous payment history.

• Faster Fee Collection
Authorized collectors can view members with pending dues, open a member’s due details and record cash collections directly.

• Digital Receipts
Generate and view receipts for recorded payments. Authorized users can also share payment receipts through WhatsApp.

• Donation Management
Authorized officials can record donations and maintain donation details.

• Cash Handover
Collectors can submit cash handover requests, while authorized cashiers or administrators can review and manage them.

• Financial Reports
View date-based financial summaries, collection reports, transaction records, collector performance and other club-account information.

• Collected By Details
Transaction records show the name of the authorized person who collected or recorded the payment.

• Club Notices and Notifications
Receive important club announcements, monthly fee reminders and other updates.

• Role-Based Permissions
The app supports different responsibilities for administrators, cashiers, collectors, members and other authorized club officials.

• Secure Club Records
Member and financial information is protected using authenticated API access, role permissions and secure server communication.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

BYSC Management is intended only for authorized members and officials of Baidyapara Young Star Club. A registered mobile number and password are required to access the app.

The app records club-related cash collections and accounting information. It does not provide banking, lending, investment, cryptocurrency or online payment services.

An active internet connection is required to access current member, due, receipt, notice and report information.
