What’s new
This is the first release of ChartFlow; a mobile app that acts as a tool to help nurses transform bedside notes into professional documentation in several different formats, ( ie. SBAR, progress notes, SOAP.) I have been an RN for over 12 years and writing professional nurse's notes can be time consuming. I created this app to help cut down the time nurse's spend charting.
