Hisnul Muslim (Fortress of the Muslim) is the well-loved compilation by Sheikh Saʿīd ibn ʿAli ibn Wahf al-Qaḥṭānī, gathering the daily azkar, dhikr and duʿāʾ for a Muslim from the Qurʾān and authentic Sunnah. This app gives you the full collection in your own language, with the words written in your own alphabet so you can read them the way they are said.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Morning azkar and evening azkar, the two halves of a Muslim's day.
• Azkar for sleep and waking, entering and leaving the home, eating, travel, distress, and gratitude.
• Supplications from the Qurʾān and Sunnah, each with the source from the hadith tradition shown beneath it.
• A gentle tap-to-count helps you keep the number on supplications that ask for repetition. A small pulse marks the last tap so you know when you have finished.
• Swipe to move to the next supplication.

THE READING THAT MEETS YOU WHERE YOU ARE

If your language is not Arabic, every supplication is shown first in your own alphabet so you can read it aloud the way it is pronounced. The translation sits underneath as a note. Qurʾānic verses are always presented in Arabic first, set in the same script you see in the printed Madinah Mus.haf, so the words on your screen look like the page of the book itself.

REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY ARRIVE

• Set a time for the morning azkar and a time for the evening azkar. Both can be on at the same time.
• Reminders arrive on time, every day, even on phones that try to put apps to sleep in the background.
• When you travel, your 6 a.m. reminder stays at 6 a.m. local time.
