This review is about the app only, not about Petplan's service itself. The app is flat-out bad. It doesn't load half the time, regularly forgets my login information, and tends to freeze on blank screens when I try to do anything. When the app flow works as expected, it's good enough. It's easy to submit a claim, but impossible to find the forms you need (such as the *mandatory* veterinary history form).

Would do 0 stars if I could. App cannot open on Google pixel 1 with Android 10. Even with a fresh uninstall and reinstall. It didn't work when I was on Android 9 either. What happens is I try to open the app, it shows the splash screen, but then it just crashes. Can't get to login screen or anything. The app just crashes, so it's completely useless.

App doesn't load properly, close it out and reopen, still waiting on a blank page. Then when it finally does decide to work you click a link in app it goes blank again and have to close out, go back in and start all over. No way to change your policy on the app, tried to cancel but nothing in app that allows you to or even tells you how to go about canceling. You call the number and sit on hold for 30+ minutes only to get someone who will circle around to keep you... Nice sounding people though.
