Losing access after a charge without warning is unacceptable, and we’re glad you shared it. Please contact in-app support so they can check your account’s charge details; if possible, include what you see on the charge screen and when the lockout started.

SCAM WARNING! I signed up for a 30-day free trial, but they charged my card for a full annual subscription on day 19! This is a total scam. When I contacted support to get a refund, I only got automated bot replies stating that my subscription is "cancelled." They completely ignore the refund request and hide behind bots after taking your money. Stay away! Currently filing a chargeback with my bank. ZERO STARS
