I was hopeful that the app would work better than the website, but no such luck. There is not an option to try on glasses with a downloaded photo. If you have poor vision, the virtual try-on is unusable because you need to remove your glasses to use this feature, but if you have more than a minimal vision problem, you can't see the screen without your glasses. This doesn't make sense when the main customer base is visually impaired. Do better.

Horrible customer service. The chat is very difficult to get to talk to a person. A fter waiting a week for my contact lens order - they send me a text saying thank you for your order. They restarted the entire order process. I called and talked to a person after learning you have to just keep pressing option 2, they refused to cancel the order - eventhough it has not shipped or anything. I have never had a company refuse to cancel when it had been a week, and they still have not completed.

Was curious to try out the prescription scanner feature. Unfortunately it seems they removed it, despite clearly advertising it even in the app. Edit/note to the developer who responded: It's advertised on the very first page you see after opening your app. It says "Sign in to enjoy exclusive offers, access our FREE prescription scanner, plus much more..."
