What a joke. The app has no provision for determining the Rx of lenses. And the phone number they gave a previous reviewer with the same complaint has an endless multiple menu tree, but never has an option to talk with anyone. But online chat told me, "the Prescription Scanner feature is no longer available and has been permanently discontinued."

App is missing advertised features. Prescription finder is non existent. Also, the perfect pair quiz AI finder doesn't open and when you take the manual quiz the skin tone question has no way to enter your selection. I was going to order after seeing the good sale prices, but I will not with all the app issues. If that translates to their buisness quality then I could imagine having more issues than it's worth a small cost savings.

Worst search and filter function. If you hit the wrong back button you have to reenter your filter selections then stay at the top. There's no way to organize results by anything; popularity, price, rating. Bad UI, super frustrating.
