No price sorting. Scrolling is broken on the filter menu as in, you can't scroll sometimes, it just refreshes the filter. If I add an item to wishlist it will take me to the wishlist, Why?? If I want to go back to the search results, WHICH I DO...I now have to filter the list again. What a terrible, terrible app.

Downloaded this app because the website has some issue that won't let me upload a prescription on mobile. The app let me upload prescriptions, add items to cart...and then the Proceed To Checkout button does absolutely nothing. The button visually shows that it has been clicked but it won't allow me to actually purchase my items. Useless app.

This company's customer service is AWFUL! Stay away from glassesusa; use another company (Zenni, etc.). If you make a purchase with a gift card and have to return the item, they don't issue store credit/refund. They just keep the money that was paid for the gift card and leave the customer with nothing. Customer service (email, chat) is terrible! Phone assistance is a bit better, but the overall help is disgustingly bad!!
