Provider search didn't work I was attempting to look up providers on the website, which shoehorned me into the app. The menus mostly work, until I try to select the plan at which point the drop down menus fail to register my selections. Pretty frustrating.
Useless What's the point of having an app if you can't even log in? Works fine in the mobile browser, but when I log in the app all I get is a pop up with "99". Thanks for nothing.
Note 3 App works except it doesn't give any phone numbers. The arrow on the right side of the screen doesn't do anything. Good idea, just very bad implementation. Another thing,, you can't move the app to the SD card.
Galaxy Note 5 - I attempted to access my account and all I received was a pop-up with the number 99. I contacted their tech support and was told "Sometimes the app just doesn't work, you should try logging in on a computer". If I could have reached through the phone I would have slapped that idiot. It very well could be that the app simply doesn't work with my phone/OS but with customer service like that the company should be looking for new developers.
Definitely Recommend Very neat, nice straight to the point and extremely easy to use. Great features such as providers info including phone numbers, addresses and the option to save multiple providers for later use or viewing.
Good tool. Have on GS5. Whenever I need to see if a provider is in-network I go here. Thanks!
1) Fixed minor issues
2) Added additional features
a) Save and retrieve provider information for latter use
b) View Map information
c) Get directions to selected provider from any where with in US (touch and hold any point on the map and get directions from the point)
