Doesn't work! I've tried and tried to choose a provider but the drop-down arrows do absolutely nothing. I've reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work. What a joke! It shouldn't be this frustrating. In this day and age, you can't find developers who know what they're doing? 👎
Errors! I'm unable to select any drop down! Same as the other 85 people that have it 1 star! Why even have a mobile app of it's not going to work. If it's for convenience, it sucks!
Provider search didn't work I was attempting to look up providers on the website, which shoehorned me into the app. The menus mostly work, until I try to select the plan at which point the drop down menus fail to register my selections. Pretty frustrating.
Terrible This is a horrible app, doesn't work. Cannot search providers. After I put in my location, the selection for the plan type, such as PPO, doesn't register you are selecting anything. However, I also went to the website and looks like it has the same problems. So, there is absolutely no way to look up to see if your dentist takes your insurance. Guess we will all have to call and bog down their phone lines some more. Also, just fyi, I did uninstall and reinstall and have been trying for over 2 weeks.
Useless What's the point of having an app if you can't even log in? Works fine in the mobile browser, but when I log in the app all I get is a pop up with "99". Thanks for nothing.
Note 3 App works except it doesn't give any phone numbers. The arrow on the right side of the screen doesn't do anything. Good idea, just very bad implementation. Another thing,, you can't move the app to the SD card.
