GlideProse turns talking into writing.

Instead of facing a blank page, you answer questions. GlideProse interviews you about what you are writing, one question at a time, and files every spoken answer into an organized manuscript you can read, export and finish in Word.

START EMPTY OR BRING A DRAFT

Begin from nothing, or import a draft you already have (.docx, .txt or .md). GlideProse breaks it into units and carries it straight into the interview, so the questions pick up where your draft left off.

THE INTERVIEW

GlideProse asks one question at a time and files your answer to the right chapter automatically. There is no save button.

Two ways to talk. Hands-free listens continuously, speaks the questions aloud and waits for you to finish before moving on. Tap-to-speak puts you in control of every turn.

Your words are kept verbatim and never rewritten. The interviewer knows your title, your outline and everything you have said so far, and steers toward whichever part of the book is thinnest. A few answers in, it suggests a working title you can accept with a tap. Any question can be read aloud again on demand.

FROM SPEECH TO PROSE

When a chapter has enough in it, one button shapes what you said into clean prose in your own phrasing. The write-up is read-only and can be regenerated - Word is the editor, not GlideProse. Your verbatim transcript stays saved alongside it, so nothing you said is ever lost.

YOUR MANUSCRIPT

One card per chapter, with word counts, a box of your spoken words with a full transcript toggle, and the written-up prose.

EXPORT TO WORD

One .docx, in two shapes. Clean prose gives you the written-up chapters alone. Full record gives you everything: spoken words, prose and any draft you imported. Save it to your device or share it. Export is available on every plan.

ACROSS YOUR DEVICES

Your account syncs projects, chapters, answers, sessions and goals. Only you can read your work. Deleting your account from inside the app erases all of it from our servers.

KEEP THE MOMENTUM

Overall and weekly word goals, a weekly trend, streaks, milestone markers, a progress ring, a lifetime word counter and a recap at the end of every session.

PRIVACY

Your speech is transcribed by your device's own operating system - the same speech service behind your keyboard's dictation key. GlideProse never receives, records, transmits or stores audio; only the text reaches the app. What your operating system does with that audio while transcribing is governed by Apple's or Google's privacy policy, not ours.

There are no ads in GlideProse, no advertising identifier, and no analytics SDK. We do not collect your location, contacts or photos. You can delete your account and everything you have written from inside the app.
