When you trigger Protect, through the app your family and friends get notified immediately utilizing Critical Alerts (overriding phone’s states like Sleep Mode or Do Not Disturb), and can immediately join your protect session.
All video, sound and vital user data are instantly recorded to device memory and securely stored in the cloud for future reference. Safe contacts lean-in live by video and text when you need them most and they will be able to assist you.
If a situation escalates: an immediate “911” safety trigger is at your fingertips. Protect connects directly with 911 dispatch centers closest to you, dramatically speeding up emergency response. Critical data and photos are shared with 911 dispatch and first responders. Instant Photos from the live scene can be manually snapped by any participant within a Protect session. Protect also utilizes AI and scene tagging to improve the information and images shared with 911 to dramatically improve response time. The 911 and Emergency services connection and functionality are available only within the US at this time.
