MCAS Tracker is a quiet, private companion for living with Mast Cell Activation
Syndrome and histamine intolerance. Built around a "Clinical Sanctuary" design
language — Deep Navy and Soft Teal, gentle typography, no red dots — it helps
you understand your patterns without ever feeling clinical or cold.

What you can do
• Log symptoms in 15 seconds with a flare-aware severity slider and an
MCAS-specific symptom catalog.
• Track triggers (foods, environmental, hormonal, emotional) and watch the app
surface trigger-to-severity correlations.
• Manage your medication regimen — stabilisers, H1 / H2 antihistamines, rescue,
supplements — with reminders, dose history and adherence rings.
• Record allergies, conditions, doctor visits and lab results in one Medical ID
view that responders can read in seconds.
• Open a one-tap Emergency Plan with anaphylaxis steps, primary contact dial-out
and severe allergy summary.
• See a 7 / 30 / 90 day Trends dashboard — severity curve, weekly bars, top
symptoms and trigger correlations, plus calm AI-style insights.
