Doesn't work as advertised, No support. I got this app to take advantage of the virtual debit card with, supposedly, a $100 int'l spend limit. I haven't been able to make any USD payments since I got the card though, and no reason is given for the declined transactions. I have tried repeatedly to get help from support but emails go unanswered. Is it even possible to make USD payments at all?

First impression last longer. I made a deposit from my kuda account to my new gomoney account, it has not reflected after hours. I was told it has been like that for days, I didn't get any refund. This is 21st century, employ able hands and those that can handle the app, not those that are there because of connections. Very poor service, nonsense app. Thanks for the reply, you didn't profer any solution or give me timeline to restore the service or what will happen to my money.

Missing Funds, I tried making a transfer and all of a sudden it said error . My money was taken from my account and never returned back . The transition is not showing in my transition history , but when I checked my account statement it shows that the money is still in my account. 1. I reached out to customer service to have it resolved for more than three days now ... they're still working on it . very much frustrating , what should I do, now that I really need my money . I need help
