Doesn't work as advertised, No support. I got this app to take advantage of the virtual debit card with, supposedly, a $100 int'l spend limit. I haven't been able to make any USD payments since I got the card though, and no reason is given for the declined transactions. I have tried repeatedly to get help from support but emails go unanswered. Is it even possible to make USD payments at all?

Customer Care, please attend to me, I just purchased a virtual Card and it keeps giving me error whenever I input my PIN, I couldn't use it and I also tried reaching Customer support via the app, all to no avail. Your customer support is really not doing great, please reach out to resolve this issue.

You don't have the necessary tools and you aren't ready to establish online banking. For three days now, I have been trying to open a goMoney account to no avail. You should just shut down this application of yours because it is useless.
