Doesn't work as advertised, No support. I got this app to take advantage of the virtual debit card with, supposedly, a $100 int'l spend limit. I haven't been able to make any USD payments since I got the card though, and no reason is given for the declined transactions. I have tried repeatedly to get help from support but emails go unanswered. Is it even possible to make USD payments at all?

Customer Care, please attend to me, I just purchased a virtual Card and it keeps giving me error whenever I input my PIN, I couldn't use it and I also tried reaching Customer support via the app, all to no avail. Your customer support is really not doing great, please reach out to resolve this issue.

I saw this digital wallet when I was trying to make withdrawal from crypto currency transactions it's work perfectly and starting using it for transactions when I deposited hundred and seven thousand naira I was asked to upgrade my account by uploading my Bvn, for over 2 weeks plus I have been trying but not successful I have write to support on the app providing all my details as for the upgrade verification and I also sent an email till now know response from the email or the app or cus care.
