Ratings and reviews

I got approved for a loan from Prosper so I figured the app would be the most convenient way to monitor it. Every time I try to log in, it says "oops an unexpected error has occurred, please try again later". I've tried reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, you name it. I sent a message to Prosper and received no reply now for over a week. Had to make my first payment via desktop, very inconvenient. Please fix the app!

data leak, bad response, and they act like its just normal. plenty of companies who do not have to offer years of free identity protection, I recommend finding one of those. the app is one star because it doesn't even mention this making it very very ineffective at giving me the most useful information possible. if I was only using the app I would have no idea my data was stolen.

My view on Prosper & gave me a phone call? unusual. It will tell you If there isn't a funding at the moment for you without an explanation while sending me to other financial institutions to match my request like 5K & 👉AM-One that are not lenders but.. are seekers to help find a helper however, most of those site's will ask personal information and one site asked for bank routing with account number before letting me no If I had qualified. That's a red flag. 🚩
