App shows nothing in results section. Track your results shows loading but nothing else. There should be a message stating results not yet available rather than just blank. Live chat doesn't open. Option to go to main site from app doesn't work. Very frustrating.

Did the test, got my results, brilliant! Have tried to log into the UK app for days on 4 different devices and it won't let me. Says 'loading' and then stops for no reason. No error, nothing. Same on all devices.

Received test results via email. Attempted to log back into the app to view. Login failed with my password. Reset password and still failed. Works when logging into the website. Very frustrating
