Generally a good app. I love Rituals chillers!! However, It keeps asking me to login although I don't log out. To make it better I would make this feature optional. Also there are sections or tabs that may not contain any information pertaining to me that just shows blank on my phone. Instead a msg should say contains no information so I don't have to wait to see if it is just taking a while to load or it really is blank. Keep up the good work, I know the app can only get better.

App works really well. Easy to place orders. I love the quick order option for my early morning rush as well as the ability to customise my order when I have a bit more time. If there is any issue with my order e.g. the branch doesn't have a particular item in stock, they will call in a very timely manner to inform me of this (area for improvement- out of stock items should be visible on the app as well). All in all, I've had good experiences using this App. Would recommend 👍🏾.

Very nice service with every visit so far! Pleasant staff always makes for a good experience! Edited - Sometimes the app asks you to log in (even if you haven't logged out) and then it doesn't open up properly. Other than that.....I really like this app. It shows you everything that's new and also the new locations. Keep up the good work Rituals family!!
