i was using the previous version, which was very nice. they offered separately 2.0 version, which i had installed but did not like it. now they removed the old version. one thing i cannot get along with, is that the description of the parcel is truncated. i dont know who designed, this, but i wish whoever did, use it himself/herself and be as frustrated as i am. overall it works fine - fix the truncated description asap

Excellent. Is quite convenient in everything - usage, payments, tracking the status of shipment, etc. (mainly use to buy in Amazon and sent by Globbing). They frequently send packages before the stated deadline, which is quite nice. The only problem now is with sending parcels that excel the customs threshold - but even here they do so that the parcel is delivered, and you pay for it in the company's department and don't need to go to Zvartnots in person. Reallym really nice. Thank you.

Do NOT use Globbing, here's why: 1- They DELAY most of the times. I'm using their services for a while. Don't expect to get your parcel within the mentioned time frame on their website. 3-9 business days; that's a lie. 2- Week customer service. Don't expect an answer when you call their customers service. They'll put you on hold until either you get tired, or it just automatically ends the call.
