I came back to give a 5 start rating because Spur was able to contact me via email and phone to resolve the issue that I had with the app. I downloaded the app again and I was able to log in and access my profile. Thank you so much Spur for your amazing customer service 🙏🏾😊 other companies don't even bother to contact their customers to resolve such issues, even when you give them a 1 star rating. I look forward to using the app! 🥰❤️✨

I'm having a problem with the app recently every time I try to navigate the app, it crashes. I can't even order or check my vouchers and my daughter's birthday is coming up, I wanted to buy vouchers but I can't even stay in the app for 2 minutes without it kicking me out.

I have just visited Phoenix Spur in Brooklyn Pretoria. The meal was very good,as always! My waitress, Alice, gave me exceptional service! The manager, Ruth, was extremely professional and friendly. Much appreciated, Chris Groenveld .
