I want to like this app...but it crashes A LOT and it's not user friendly. It's not great for audio books. You can't view a chapter list and click what chapter you want to listen to. If you want to go back or fwd to a different chapter, you have to rewind or fast forward to get there and then the app crashes when you do so. The book will also continue to play if you get a phone call or don't stop it. You will go back to listen and be 4 chapters ahead.

Trying to listen to an audiobook in the car, which is basically what these audio apps are invented for, right? But Glose only played one chapter and just stops at the next chapter, stuck. Then later even though I thought I had downloaded the book, it said it would be using my data because it wasn't downloaded. Isn't the whole idea of an audiobook player to download it ahead of time on wifi (which I did) so that I can roam around and not use my data? Terrible app, I'll never buy another book.

Not a big fan of the fact that you can't completely disable reading goals. Glad some people like that, but you shouldn't force it on everyone. Also surprised and very disappointed this has no dark mode for night reading. This will greatly impact how often I use this app, I'm sure. Edit: figured out how to disable reading goals, but only because I scrolled through various reviews. Not very intuitive... Update: app keeps turning my page automatically. Very frustrating...
