You are supposed to receive a password on your welcome email but I have never received one, so I cannot login. I have requested this 3 times. They have double charged me for 3 months saying I signed up for 2 subscriptions on the same email address . Unwilling to refund and I cannot access the app.

bad. Absolutely bad. I mailed them because I by accidentally subscribed to something. so now they want to subtract money from my account. I emailed them asking to cancel the subscription, but I got no response from them. Who ever developed this app. did a bad job. I rate them a t big fat 0!!

it doesn't contains free trial I hate to pay 100$ for weekly subscription make one free trial for people for example one month or two weeks and they can test your app You want customers and Advertising but your not making it easy
