Onederland is a GLP-1 tracker for shots, weight, food and protein. Keep your dose schedule, weight trend and meal log together.
Track shots and daily pills
Log your dose, time, injection site and notes. Set dose reminders for your own schedule, with Mark as Done and Snooze. Record late or skipped doses and see your history. Medication levels are estimates from your logged doses, not lab tests.
See weight beside dose changes
Log weigh-ins by hand or bring them in from Health Connect with your permission. See your weight trend and dose changes on one timeline, alongside your own goal.
Keep food and protein in view
Log food by hand, scan a barcode or reuse saved foods. Track calories, protein, fiber and water against your targets.
Record side effects and notes
Keep side effects, their intensity, notes, doses and weigh-ins in your calendar. If a side effect is severe or does not ease, contact your care team.
Share your history
Export a PDF report for your care team or a CSV of your entries for the dates you choose.
Free tracking and optional Plus
Dose and weight tracking, reminders, manual food logging, barcode lookup and reports are free. Plus adds AI meal descriptions and photos, new 3D comparisons, and removes the daily limit on AI label checks. AI nutrition estimates can be off; review and edit them before saving.
