I have been reading the reviews and most of the technical gripes I think only happen to certain players. I think it depends on the device, the location, and router brand or internet service provider because I haven't experienced any of it. Always smooth play for me. What really like is there are hardly any ads. Only when you want something in exchange like speed ups or extra playing tokens. And in game pop up ads for in game purchases are only 3 at a time. Other games took me up 2 30 mins .

Been playing a long time. Occasionally take breaks. They update the game periodically to keep it interesting. They increase the difficulty with player levels but don't increase some of the rewards. Some play is designed that you can't win. The ads are designed to waste your game time and some of the products offered are probably scams. They provide freebies occasionally. Graphics and access are good. Customer service is responsive mostly helpful.

Bring your wallet! Costs a lot of money and the game still has many failures. The ads are really stupid, long and take you away from game play so they can record unsolicited hits. Updates don't help, freezing and skipping continues. No rewards for ads and play is common. Don't complain, they will only blame your connection. My suggestion is to find a different game to play.
