Finally got to try. Some things still aren't in English. Even though I chose English. Also everything in chat is not English. Looks like all the players are non-English. As for actual game play. It's ok. Much of the screen is taken up by things other the playing area. The city streets are all laid out for you. As well where building types can go. To structured for me.

First of all, fix the UI both browser and mobile (which is also browserish) its just wonky and should be done better along with a little graphics tweaking.
