Chain Calendar.
It’s a motivational tool to help you stick to your goals.
You can choose any goal you want, from some kind of exercise, to learning a language or musical instrument, even remembering to floss your teeth every day.
Every day that you do the thing you want to do, you mark the calendar, and soon you’ll have a long chain that you won’t want to break by skipping a day.

To do list.
Having a list of everything you need to do written down in one place means you shouldn’t forget anything important.
By prioritising the tasks in the list you plan the order in which you’re going to do them and can quickly see what needs your immediate attention and what tasks you can leave until a little later.

Tomato Timer.
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s.
The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
Each interval is known as a pomodoro, from the Italian word for 'tomato', after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student.
