I contacted them at 5 in the morning to modify my train ticket: they sent me a new ticket. 6 hours later the new ticket was cancelled and back to the initial time as it was already sold out (despite the fact that at 5am seats were available at the time of my request). I couldn't book a flight as tickets were sold out. They contacted me again stating that I hadn't confirmed. Too bad I have proof, including my bank statement showing the additional fees for the ticket modification.

Buying train ticket of Portugal trains through this app can cost almost double of the official price charged by the train company. After one transaction, I noticed such hugh price difference. I will not use this platform anymore. Very bad customer experience

Rail Ninja are providing a much needed services, especially for international travellers. I personally booked with them a train ticket that was over priced initially. With said, I was able to access the local train with easy and able to get my trip. After providing them with feedback, they were happy to provide a fair deal and last time I check their prices, they were quite reasonable. I'd book with them in the future as long as thier prices are reasonable. Thank you.
