Career Communications Group, Inc. (CCG) was founded in 1985. The organization’s mission is to promote significant career achievements in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We’re a socially conscious diversity media company driven to inspire and encourage excellence in youth by sharing the stories of the thousands of unheralded people already achieving and succeeding. We reach those professionals who, in turn, also provide top employers with a unique opportunity to fulfill their mission to hire our nation’s most promising talent. CCG achieves its mission through annual conferences – BEYA STEM Conference and the Women of Color STEM Conference as well as through three magazines. US Black Engineer & IT magazine, Hispanic Engineer & IT magazine, and the Women of Color Magazine.

The Women of Color (WOC) STEM Conference is a premier networking and professional development event that unites women of color in the STEM fields at all career levels. from students through executives.
Learn and mentor, network and recruit, and share in the presentation of distinguished professional awards and recognitions.

The BEYA STEM Conference is a talent-rich environment for recruitment, networking and professional development. In attendance are college representatives and thousands of elite professionals and students from across the country who represent the upper echelon of the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) disciplines and careers.
