If you buy gold and later sell it, there's a 6% fee through the app and a 17% fee through the showroom. A 2% fee also applies for physical gold withdrawal, plus delivery/pickup charges (up to BDT 500). These fees, combined with the buy/sell price spread, make it difficult to earn a reasonable return. The selling fees, especially 17%, are too high for an investment product. Please consider lowering them to make the platform more investor-friendly.

Using this app to buy+sell gold nearly 3 years. Really liked the idea & the app. The VATs are little bit annoying but as it is a government rule; we should go throughout it. Sold their digital gold in different times, got the refund within 3 days according to their policy. Overall experience is super smooth. I wish they will continue this with honesty & not scam us like other online investment platforms.

It's not investment, it's simply looting money in the name of charges, vat/tax, and many more craps. Your investment will be down atleast 11-22% just the moment you buy, show me a better investment scam. Beside, since it's not jewellery, there are no additional benefit. And 2%+Delivery charge if you would like to see your gold.
