Hi Gold Kinen team, I love the app and the concept behind it. One small UX issue I've noticed — when selling gold, there's no "Sell All" or "Max" button. If my vault balance is something like 0.1736g, I have to type that long decimal manually, which is error-prone and frustrating. A simple "Max" button that auto-fills the full vault balance would make the selling experience much smoother, especially for users with smaller balances. Hope you'll consider it. Keep up the great work!

Worst app experience ever. They keep charging different hidden fees and taxes just to steal users’ money. After selling gold, the payment takes 5–6 days or even longer to arrive. Completely unreliable and frustrating, especially when you need your money urgently. Customer support is useless and the whole system feels dishonest. Would never recommend this app to anyone.

It's a scam; they charge 5% when buying gold and don't provide tax papers from the government. Additionally, when you are going to sell your investment, they will charge another 6% without any reason. On what basis are they charging these 6%? If you want to invest in gold it will take 11% extra from you on the first day. Now, calculate the price you need to make a single penny profit. If you invest 100,000 then the first day loss will be 11,000.
