7/14/26 golo support team has resolved my issue so 5stars! so. this has worked with my scale for a year. now I'm getting "network exception" error on the app. I've tried changing scale batteries, deleting app and reinstalling after restarting my phone, adding the device again on Bluetooth-same error. it still weighs and displays stats but does not send any data to my golo app any longer. so, I'm disappointed that I can't get rid of the error message so can't use it with the golo website anymore.

I really like getting all the information the app provides. You get WAY more information than just your weight, BMI, and hydration. You get body fat percentages among other things, plus it compares the current days data with prior weigh ins!!

Can't believe how good this scale is. Have a more expensive one but not near the details, not just %fat and water but subcutaneous fat + metabolic age - with explanations for each result. A good reinforcer to continue on "health journey" & not be limited to what your weight is measuring.
