Can't believe how good this scale is. Have a more expensive one but not near the details, not just %fat and water but subcutaneous fat + metabolic age - with explanations for each result. A good reinforcer to continue on "health journey" & not be limited to what your weight is measuring.

I really like getting all the information the app provides. You get WAY more information than just your weight, BMI, and hydration. You get body fat percentages among other things, plus it compares the current days data with prior weigh ins!!

I'm really liking this scale. More thorough and overall better than my previous smart scale. Great measuring capabilities and the metabolic age is impressive! App has been easy to use as well. Recommend for sure.
