App is simple, however each time I have to logout then login so that my payment information shown and I could pay for the trip. For the company and the service, the worst ever, took the most over crowded route, trip price is so high. Getting your money back is not possible, making 3 phone calls, chat with the customer service promising me to return the money and nothing. I finally decided after they make the trip so high not to use it any more.

The worst traveling app ever and the worst customer experience. It rarely works. It's always showing trips and no ability to book and I have to call the call center to book and pay via fawry (which is even worse). No booking confirmation is sent, the filters are useless, the stations locations are not available for routing, I have to Google them. The entire system of the company is so retarded and not up to standards, especially customer service

The app isn't user-friendly. Plus, the worest experience you can live while you're travelling, drivers are not professional and the company doesn't care about keeping customers and their satisfaction. The buses are late most of the time, and they don't provide any compensation to the customers or decent execuse.
