Crisis is an application for Quebec adults in distress and their loved ones. If needed, you have access to a list of resources available 24/7, classified according to your geographic area. We invite you to call the one closest to you for support. A qualified counselor will answer your call confidentially.

In the “Help me” and “Help a loved one” section, you will find some information that will guide you.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your call.
