THE relexa fascia roller - a small roller with a big effect: Release tension, promote blood circulation and stimulate the metabolism through the exercises. Increase your mobility and strengthen your connective tissue.

The relexa fascia roller is the ideal regeneration tool for self-massage and also ideal as an aid for small training sessions.

In the app we show you selected exercises for massaging different areas of the body and exercises with the foam roller to improve your fitness.

The exercises are each explained with one or more exercise images and descriptions. Other products, such as a relexa Twinball, a small fascia roller and a massage ball, have also been added to the app.

If you want to put together your own exercises, use the favorites function in our app. In this way you can put together your personal exercise program.

The videos on active regeneration, activation and corresponding physical complaints round off the range of apps. The products used in the exercises and videos are available via a link below the descriptions and save you tedious searching.
