I used the app in December 2022, and it was very laggy, but after many attempts, you could still book a car. However, in 2023, the app is completely unusable, as it freezes on the map, and if it doesn't freeze, then you'd get an infinite spinner. It's such a shame, I was really rooting for Yuko, but no action has been taken to improve this for months 😞

First of all, you can only pick up the car exactly at the booking time or later, which is extremely inconvenient, guys. You can move the booking time by 10 minutes, but if you arrive at the car 10 minutes early, you’re stuck waiting. Another issue is that you have to return the car to the same street. Have you even researched how car-sharing works in other countries? Almost everywhere, you can drop off the car in any parking spot within the city.

The app is pretty much good and the cars are amazingly useful with all new features. But the app has a lot of scope for improvement. It keeps losing the login session and I had to login many times during my journey. The car which I booked had no physical key and I forgot to keep my Yuko card during my journey. So I needed to use the app to lock and unlock car everywhere, which is a good feature though, but where the internet connection was low or 2G, it failed many times to lock and unlock car.
