​Absolutely horrible experience. Our pool was canceled just five minutes before our scheduled time, while our entire group was already outside and ready to go. To make matters worse, they hold your refund for one to two weeks, yet they don't hesitate to instantly charge you full price plus fees the second you try to book. Naturally, they try to push a site credit on you instead of simply giving you your money back. Completely unacceptable.

It’s a good option for getting clients, but they don’t have a direct customer service number 📱; everything is handled via chat, and resolutions are very slow 😪. There was one instance where a client modified her booking while she was actually at my house—reducing the hours and the payment I received—and Swimply did nothing 😪. They could have at least blocked her account, but they did nothing at all.

The concept is great, and the experience with the hosts we booked with was fine. The app flow and transparency of pricing leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a summer pass and I'm unclear on its value. The app offers you add ons during booking (dogs, grill usage, etc) and then, the day before your booking it will offer these add ons again. There are redundancies there (like being offered both a BBQ and a grill) that you can accidentally pay twice for, and it's hard to track that down. Sketch
