I had countless problems with the app. Why 4 stars. Firstly the service from the Goodwe support team was excellent after logging a support call with them. I experienced similar problems other users reported, BUT the problem seems to be backward compatibility between the app and the firmware version of the inverter. Goodwe updated my inverter from firmware v1717 to 2424. Now the app is responsive, shows all options and saves the data after making changes. I will monitor and update the post.

This app is the biggest piece of garbage made. Will only connect to the inverter once in a hundred times. As it tries to connect, it forces the battery off line, which requires a complete reboot. Fix the app.

In the latest update there is now only one slot for eco mode. In the previous version there were four... Seems like a downgrade rather than an update.
