It's an excellent app that is easy to use. I noticed that the new "Off-grid" mode option under the working mode is useful when you are experiencing fluctuating grid voltage. However, I also prefer if the "Self-consumption" mode can set the inverter to run "Off-grid" mode automatically when there's enough battery capacity, solar power is available, and the export power limit is set to 0. Alternatively, you may add an option under "Off-grid" mode to set time periods to activate it.

Can't log in (account log in error) Can't use this app, when I try to log in the app shows an error "account login error". I tried with success in another phone, but doesn't work in mine. The other phone is exactly the same model, so I don't understand why the app crashes in mine. UPDATE: Following instructions from the devs that kindly answered my first review, I synchronized datetime via phone settings, and that solved my issue, allowing me to log in successfully.

Hello, this is usually a verification failure caused by the mismatch between the mobile phone time and the server time. Please turn on automatic synchronization in the mobile phone settings - time -. If you still canāt solve the problem, please contact jifei.he@goodwe.com

It was my first solar and battery app. It took some getting used to, but I am a fan after two weeks or so. For playing around with settings and looking at it more thoroughly, you might find starting with the web browser version to be helpful (on a tablet, laptop or PC monitor) to get the hang of it. my feedback would be opening support tickets should be done in app, as the AI agent is not very helpful!
