It was my first solar and battery app. It took some getting used to, but I am a fan after two weeks or so. For playing around with settings and looking at it more thoroughly, you might find starting with the web browser version to be helpful (on a tablet, laptop or PC monitor) to get the hang of it. my feedback would be opening support tickets should be done in app, as the AI agent is not very helpful!

SEMS+ does not work properly. The interface does not show the numbers for solar, grid, load, and battery. I have to go inside by clicking on solar or battery to see the generation number or whether the battery is being charged or discharged. I updated the app, but still, the error was not resolved. I called customer service, but there was no solution.

The app has a much smarter appearance than the previous classic. App loads quickly and displays a good amount of information. Unfortunately, it does not, at least in the daytime, reliably load the panel output and battery charge information on the front screen. The information is available by delving deeper, but not instantly on the front page.
