I opened the app today and things were not working fine. I cleared cache and data storage and tried to login. The login seems to be not working. Did a fresh installation and still the issue persist. I do understand things might be working fine until yesterday, but do have some app monitoring to see if your APIs are working fine and services are reachable.

Very disappointing experience with GoPaisa. My transaction was initially shown as tracked, but later the cashback was denied. Their explanations kept changing in different replies, and support mostly sends template responses instead of properly investigating the issue. There are also serious problems with their tracking system. The customer support service is very poor. Never going to use this app again and would recommend users to be cautious before relying on gopaisa's worst app !!
