Made 2 purchases through this app, one was declined reason being order was returned , although ordered wasn't returned at all, when contacted customer support they said the page wasn't opened through the link in the app. Another ticket is still pending, purchased in september, about to be 4 months, still showing waiting for return period to get over. Pathetic

Very disappointing experience with GoPaisa. My transaction was initially shown as tracked, but later the cashback was denied. Their explanations kept changing in different replies, and support mostly sends template responses instead of properly investigating the issue. There are also serious problems with their tracking system. The customer support service is very poor. Never going to use this app again and would recommend users to be cautious before relying on gopaisa's worst app !!

Gopaisa app is highly rewarding app. The best part is cash back can be redeemed by transferring to our bank account. So far my experience is good in terms of everything be it cash back, customer support, user experience, notifying great deals etc. I would highly recommend to anyone who make majority of their shopping online. I simply loved it. There is no such app that can beat this app's rewards i guess. It has many products listed here and tied up with many ecommerce sellers.
