Very disappointing experience with GoPaisa. I transferred ₹49,000 through the app, and even after more than 72 hours, the amount has neither been credited to the beneficiary account nor refunded to my account. The app initially promised processing within 48 hours, but the timeline has already been crossed. The biggest concern is the lack of proper customer support. There is no timely response to complaints, emails, or support requests, which creates anxiety when such a large amount is involved.

My payment is showing "Payment in Process" for a long time of 3days . The amount has been debited, but the beneficiary has not received the payment. Kindly check the transaction and either complete the payment or initiate an immediate refund. very upset and there is no proper support . plz do it on priority

Two days back I make one transaction through credit card, money deducted in my card but reciever not getting money. still it is showing under processing. 48 hours above completed. still no response. I'm receiving message as transaction failed. No calling support, only chat support available, continuously same queries coming, How can I refund my money back. pls resolve it immediately.
