Excellent or a better alternative to the competitor. Good for credit card applications and e-commerce purchases. The only thing that disappoints me sometimes is the wrong cashback. For example, it shows 10% cashback but ends up giving only 5%. I think this mismatch happens especially when I pay using a gift card + card. The cashback seems to be calculated incorrectly in those cases. However, I still think it’s a good platform. If they fix this issue, it’ll be next level.

Hi GoPaisa Support, I initiated a ₹15,000 credit card to bank transfer, but the transaction has been showing as “Processing” for the past 20 hours. Please check the transaction status and confirm whether it can be cancelled. If the transfer cannot be completed, kindly cancel it and initiate a refund to my credit card. Please also confirm the expected refund timeline.

A very good and convenient app to transfer money from credit card to bank account. charges are too high but when you need money if you have any credit card you can spend money through this app to transfer in bank account and solve your problems. thanks
