Terrible app, it's getting worse! Slow and a terrible design; worse than the last generation, don't upgrade to the new version. Developer should start over from the ground up. Maybe try the Android material design paradigm, copy Bank of America. Please fix!
Its not bad Not a bad app but at times, it says not connected to internet (and I am) so have uninstall, then reinstall. Bit of s pain to do. Otherwise, would give it a 5, but that inconvenience makes it a 3
Awful It looks like the app was updated with good intentions but I have no idea how this passed QA. To put it simple this app is atrocious now. Worse than its predecessor. The ui is trying to look nice but instead ends up being confusing. It's obscenely laggy. You have to wait several seconds for each button press to register! Chase, Amex, and Discover made excellent apps so there's no excuse as to why this app is just so awful. I was genuinely excited for the update too...
Good intentions but needs help Got this for mobile deposits(our ATM's are archaic & can't deposit online) worked great @1st then it went buggy. Couldn't login, got Oracle error msg for website admin because the app just updated. After updating I deposited my check. Waited 1+hr before calling cs to see why it hadn't approved/rejected was told it can take 48hrs to clear can't cancel & just go into the bank. Nice US Bank gets to use my $$ but I don't. I shouldn't have to wait to use my own $$
U.S.Bank Mobile App Notifications are too redundant without expanded descriptions. Suggest tagging designator as pending and completed, so as not to look like double transactions.
finding payment due is a chore why would you have to dig through the app to find how much and when a payment is due on a credit card? would be great to at least have an option to set that as the default initial screen. would reconsider rating if this changes.
