I've been using this app for over a year now I think. I am so glad I downloaded it! This app does so much and it's easy! Checking the balance of multiple accounts, paying bills & cards, Zelle, depositing checks without going into the bank, transferring money to & from accounts, seeing my account activity, it's all easy to do. Something I really like is a get a message each time my card is used, so if it is used fraudulently, I will know right away! If you use USBANK, you should have this app!

I've spent hours on the phone over the last 4 months with customer dis-service trying to get an email associated with my account so I can get security codes with no success. Tried 2 different email accounts. The bank claims emails were sent but I never got them. The mobile banking app keeps prompting me to add an email account everytime I log in but has been useless to even try. Today (7/2/26) when I go to any of my accounts the screen freezes and I have to force close the app. USB is horrible!

Overall this app is very easy to use and helpful. 3 stars only because it's inconvenient that we cannot initiate external transfers through the app, you have to do those through a desktop computer. If you have external accounts set up, you should be able to use them. The point of the app is to not have to use the computer.. update: they have since changed the mobile app to allow external transfers which makes it so much easier. really easy to navigate and use, and access to all banking!
