Can barely read tickets or chains on this at all, half the time the most recent response just isn't visible. It'll show the preview message but going to the ticket just has it jumping around or otherwise being unusable. Pc is pretty good, mobile is abysmal.

Uhm so using/editing macros on the app is impossible, it won't pull in saved images in macros either?? I can't refund a customer or do anything else. The only thing it's probably useful for (for some people, I guess) is if you want to check in on how many unassigned queries you can probably. Hope it becomes better!

I feel theres so much value in this app! I truly wish theres a keyword function we can all use to identify top queries etc. With iOS 15 and all other changes happening, I think keyword search is a powerful tool not only for customer support but also for marketing as well.
