Unable to copy and paste from messages. Not having th ability to listen to voicemails or make calls from the app compared to desktop version.

Uhm so using/editing macros on the app is impossible, it won't pull in saved images in macros either?? I can't refund a customer or do anything else. The only thing it's probably useful for (for some people, I guess) is if you want to check in on how many unassigned queries you can probably. Hope it becomes better!

I'm currently experiencing technical difficulties with this app. I was using it this morning and I did find, however, I get booted out of the server on the app and login and it takes me to verify my email and when I go to verify my identity and it doesn't log me in on the app. are you guys undergoing maintenance?
