After two decades of frustration with the software in the pest control industry, I knew that selecting what I wanted to use to run my own startup would be the most important decision I made. Nearly two years in, I'm satisfied that my research brought me to the right choice: GorillaDesk. The mobile and web apps are tailored to the strengths and limitations of each, and offer a field-to-office workflow that make daily use seamless. Automations are plentiful and priceless. Highly recommended!

This app has a ton of useful features, however.... it constantly crashes even AFTER updates. Writing notes (visible to customers) is an extremely important part of my job, and so it is frustrating to no end that it freezes non-stop and makes my job harder and very ineffectient. I spend more time rewriting notes than I should. It also doesn't properly save the notes as I have gone back to refresh my mind on a few jobs, and my notes that I know I wrote ended up not being there.

Been using it for a 2 years now. The latest update is now actively tracking my GPS. Draining my battery. I've turned of location tracking in settings but it's still doing so. Wish I can add the picture. I'm on a Samsung Note 20 Ultra.
