love this software! people were telling me I should use FieldRoutes, but why!? this software does everything that field routes does at a fraction of the cost and offer so many other helpful upgrades that come already what the software. why pay $300 or more a month for field routes when all paid is $100 a month with Gorilladesk. if you do your research you're going to come to the same conclusion, guaranteed!

After two decades of frustration with the software in the pest control industry, I knew that selecting what I wanted to use to run my own startup would be the most important decision I made. The mobile and web apps are tailored to the strengths and limitations of each, and offer a field-to-office workflow that make daily use seamless. Automations are plentiful and priceless. Highly recommended!

This app has a ton of useful features, however.... it constantly crashes even AFTER updates. Writing notes (visible to customers) is an extremely important part of my job, and so it is frustrating to no end that it freezes non-stop and makes my job harder and very ineffectient. I spend more time rewriting notes than I should. It also doesn't properly save the notes as I have gone back to refresh my mind on a few jobs, and my notes that I know I wrote ended up not being there.
