This app has a ton of useful features, however.... it constantly crashes even AFTER updates. Writing notes (visible to customers) is an extremely important part of my job, and so it is frustrating to no end that it freezes non-stop and makes my job harder and very ineffectient. I spend more time rewriting notes than I should. It also doesn't properly save the notes as I have gone back to refresh my mind on a few jobs, and my notes that I know I wrote ended up not being there.

S21 5G phone Pest control technician in Edmonton Alberta. Tap to Pay setup Location not working. It doesn't display my actual location so I can't proceed connecting this device and finishing the setup. A lot of my customers are now demanding tap to pay so they don't have to enter their credit card info on the phone, but I have to keep apologizing because the feature is not working.
