ETA: the work around worked, and I was able to get my account set up. pretty nice app. keep up the good work. ------------ original review: I was unable to create an account. I got up to the password page, I followed all of the requirements, but the "continue" button never activated. I tried several different variations before I finally gave up.

terrible app. not many options, there's no tracking of the order. Basically you order and wait blindly until someone shows up with your order. when i asked how do i know if my order is coming, this is their answer (copy and paste): "Please note that Shuttle Concierge is still under development, and deliveries are handled by a partner driver. Because of this, tracking is unavailable and your order status may remain as “processing” until delivery is complete." yeah i won't use it again.

Lots of negative reviews.. I've ordered plenty of times. Only had an issue with a coke I ordered one time which didn't come with my order. Customer service gave me a refund and apologized. Things like this aren't the app's fault. It's the delivery driver's or the restaurant's fault. Yes, the app is a bit more expensive but that's what you're paying for with apps like this. It's the same as UberEats and DoorDash. Either way it's still cheaper than if you were ordering in the US.
