Ratings and reviews

Breeze is great: easy app Navigation, easy to change or cancel a flight if your plans change, and overall, affordable. However, they changed their point policy, where you could use points to bring your flight costs down so that's why I'm only giving a 4. Not a very good change for the customer.

applied for their credit card to get reduced price. once application was completed and approved for their credit card, the website did not allow me to return to the Breeze website to use my approved credit card for the reduced rate and ended up paying full price for my flight!!! what a disappointment. I fell like I was scammed!!!

I've been very satisfied with this airline so far. I've made about 3 trips and just booked my 4th. the customer service is 5 star at the counter, the attendants are also so friendly. I like that I have Internet on my flights, it's gone out a few times which is expected on an airline but very good basic for the cheap price of the tickets. the seats are VERY comfortable to me and I have not had a single delay yet.
