Define your goals:
First, you must set a goal by choosing, losing weight, gaining weight, stabilizing weight or the intermittent fasting diet.

How it works
Based on your goals and personal data, our smart algorithm will suggest, by putting up a set of lists, including the following:
▫ Dr. Kermani’s Menu: The menu recommended by Dr. Muhammad Al-Kirmani is a varied menu whose meals cannot be controlled (fixed meals), such as deletion and switching, from the ideal menus.
▫ Vegetarian menu: The recommended menu without meat, which is also a menu that is varied and cannot be controlled with its meals (fixed meals), such as deletion and switching, from the ideal menus.
▫ Daily Menu: Allows you the freedom to choose main meals and snacks, and arrange your food menu on a daily basis.
▫ Weekly Menu: Allows you the freedom to choose main meals and snacks, and arrange your food menu on a weekly basis.
▫ Disclaimer: When you choose any of the above menus, whether they are optional or mandatory menus, know that the meals will be calculated in calories and quantity, according to your information recorded in the program.
The basic plan will be created for 90 days.
The nutrition plan will be updated every two weeks according to your progress and feedback, and this is done in direct communication with (special nutritionist for the subscriber) via the WhatsApp application.
